 How to Login on NCVT MIS Portal

STEP – 1:- Open NCVT site using the URL, www.ncvtmis.gov.in

STEP – 2:- Click the Login Link on page

STEP – 3:- NCVT MIS login portal will get opened then login as an ITI User.

STEP – 5:- After Login into the MIS portal, the ITI users will be able to see the dashboard on the main landing Page.

STEP – 6:- Details that are incomplete in the system will be shown in the ITI dashboard like Pending Approval list, Sessional Marks missing details, Pending for Verification from Trainee Count, etc.

STEP – 7:-  Clicking on any link in the dashboard, will redirect to the page in order to fill in the missing values. For example- The trainee’s Sessional Marks entry MISSING count can be reduced by clicking on the link and it will redirect to create trainee sessional marks page.

NOTE:“Trainee’s record(s) pending with Trainee, for Year: 1 Academic Session: 2019” link will not redirect to any page as this needs to be filled by the trainee itself. Users can approach trainees and make them fill the Trainee Verification In Public Page.

STEP – 8:- User can click on the Refresh link available in the dashboard in order to check the new count after doing changes in the missing fields or can wait for 24 hours it will automatically refresh the dashboard.

STEP- 1:- Open the NCVT site using the URL, www.ncvtmis.gov.in

STEP-2:- Click the Login Text

STEP- 3:- Click the Forgot Password text under the NCVT MIS login portal.

STEP- 4:- Enter the below details under the Forgot password section.

• Login ID
• Registered Email ID
• Registered Mobile No.

Note: User has to provide either one field from Registered Email ID or Registered Mobile Number

STEP- 5 Click on the Next button.

STEP- 6:- Enter the below details under the Forgot password section.

• Login ID
• Enter the OTP (Shared in user registered Email or Registered Mobile Number)
• Enter the New Password
• Re-Enter the New Password

Note:  If an invalid OPT is entered by the user system will throw the error message.

          Password is case sensitive, the user has to follow the below instruction for Password change:

• Password should contain at least six and not more than fifteen characters.
• Password should contain at least one numeric or special character.
• Password should not be from the last three passwords.

STEP- 7:-  Click on Submit button.

STEP- 8:-  System Message populates “Password successfully changed. Please Login again”.
