• प्रथम चरण के प्रवेश की अंतिम तिथि 15.09.2021 दिन बुधवार (अवकाश सहित) निर्धारित है।
• अभ्यर्थी दिये गये लिंक पर क्लिक करें, एवं अपना पंजीकरण संख्या और जन्मतिथि अंकित करें।
• यदि अभ्यर्थी का प्रवेश हुआ है, तो उसका बुलावा पत्र प्रदर्शित होगा, जिसका प्रिन्ट वह प्राप्त कर सकता है।
• अभ्यर्थी द्वारा ऑनलाइन आवेदन में दिये गये मोबाइल नम्बर पर चयनित अभ्यर्थी को उसके प्रवेश की सूचना एसएमएस द्वारा भी दी जा रही है। प्रवेश न होने की दशा में उसकी रैंक सूचना सहित प्रदर्शित होगी तथा अभ्यर्थी को अगले प्रवेश चरण की प्रतीक्षा करनी होगी।
• प्रवेशित अभ्यर्थी अपने बुलावा पत्र की प्रति, समस्त मूल प्रमाण-पत्रों, अंक पत्रों की प्रति एवं उनकी एक-एक प्रमाणित प्रति तथा दो पासपोर्ट साइज फोटो के साथ सम्बन्धित प्रवेशित संस्थान के प्रधानाचार्य से अन्तिम निर्धारित तिथि के पूर्व सम्पर्क करके संस्थान में उपलब्ध प्रवेश लिस्ट से जाँच करवाने के उपरान्त अपना प्रवेश ले लें।
• अभ्यर्थी बुलावा पत्र में अंकित विवरण के अनुसार राजकीय संस्थान में प्रवेश के समय अपग्रेडेशन प्रक्रिया में भाग लेने की स्थिति के अनुसार FREEZE (स्थिर) एवं FLOAT (विस्थापित) उपरोक्त दोनों विकल्पों में से किसी एक विकल्प का चयन करते हुए प्रवेश की कार्यवाही पूर्ण करानी होगी।

1. After selecting, click on the Online Submission of Application for Admission Government and Private ITI.

Education Qualification

If the candidate has passed the tenth examination in CBSE Board, CGPA is to be filled in the same CGPA column followed the percentage, and fill the marks relative to the total. The name of the board is the name of your school, roll number in eighth grade this year. They have passed with this subject.

They will fill the maximum number of passages and Examination marks. After that, the high school students will hear the board name in which the Uttar Pradesh board will be your high school Name of the roll number matriculation in Matriculation and from which subject has passed and the total marks scored in the exam.

Candidate’s Name: (Name of Applicant) – On the online application no. -01, the candidate should write their name in capital letters in English as it is mentioned in their high school or equivalent certificate. Place a blank space between the name, middle name, and surname. Do not place SHRI / SMT / KM etc. before the name. The name of the candidate in the sample is SANDEEP KUMAR. Candidates will have to enter the name in Hindi as well, for this arrangement of ONLINE KEYBOARD has been given.

Father’s Name – In serial number-2, the candidate should write their father’s name in capital letters in the same way as mentioned in his high school or equivalent certificate. Place a blank space between the name, middle name, and surname. Do not place SHRI before the name. The candidate’s father’s name in the sample is AMAR PRATAP. The candidate will have to enter the father’s name in Hindi as well, for this ONLINE KEYBOARD has been provided.

Mother’s Name – In serial number-3, the candidate should write his mother’s name in capital letters in the same way as mentioned in his high school or equivalent certificate. Place a blank space between the name, middle name, and surname. Do not put SMT before the name. The mother’s name of the candidate in the sample is GEETA DEVI. Spouse Name – In serial number-4, the candidate should write their spouse’s name in capital letters. Place a blank space between the name, middle name, and surname. Do not place SHRI / SMT before the name. The candidate’s wife’s name in the sample is MADHU. The candidate will have to enter the spouse’s name in Hindi as well, for this ONLINE KEYBOARD has been provided.

Gender – Serial No. 5 If you are male then select a male option and if you are a female candidate, then select a female option. A Transgender (bisexual/transgender) option is also available.

Date of Birth – Write your date of birth in serial number-6 as mentioned in your High School or equivalent examination certificate. Use the English numbers 01 to 31 for the date, select the English name of the month marked for the month of birth, and select the year after that. (The application form sample shows the candidate’s date of birth on 04 May 1992.)

Category – On the serial number-7 of the application form, select the category for different classes.
