Polytechnic Choice Filling Registration

Candidate Login PE Choice Filling-DCECE 2021

After the registration is done, the applicants will choose maximum number of colleges and branches according to their preference by logging into the account through their USER ID and Password. According to the scheduled, if the candidate is satisfied with the choice filled by him, then lock his choice (Polytechnic Online Counseling Registration) If the candidate does not lock his choice by the prescribed last date, then his choice will be automatically locked immediately after the last date. After Choice Locking, there will be no provision for any change in the choice, take a print out of the choice filled by the candidate and keep it safe with him for the future.

Choice Locking/Unloking

The process of Registration Choice Locking and Unlocking is done through OTP Authentication which is sent to the registered mobile number and email id of the candidate and it is also informed that the registered mobile number and email id are not changed on any condition. If Not Fill Choice Filling?

• The finally filled choice list will be sent through the registered email id of the candidate before seat allotment.
• Seat allotment will be done on the basis of all the candidates who have done the choice filling process till the last date prescribed.
• Candidates can view their seat allotment result by logging into their account from the scheduled date to view their seat allotment result.
• If any candidate is not satisfied with their allotment college and branch, then in order to download the Provisional Allotment Order, express your desire for Upgradation for the next round.
• If any candidates do not express their desire for upgradation for the next round of counseling then they will not be considered for the next round of counseling by visiting the Document Verification/Admission Centere by the prescribed date in the provisional allotment order downloaded by the allotted candidate. Will get document verification done
• If any candidate does not get their document verification done by the due date due to any reason, then all the allotted candidates will be considered as vacant, asking all the allotted candidates to be ineligible for the next round.
• Will also be ineligible for further counseling but if a candidate does not get seat allotment in the first round then he/she will wait for the next round.

Require Documents for Verification–DCECE 2021

At the time of Document Verification, all the following original certificates and documents and self-attested photocopies issued by the competent authority mentioned in page 1 and page 2 of the prospectus at their reporting or nodal center to each eligible allotted candidate in the above course group of DCECE 2021 must be brought
